Selarom began as a single-family residential investment company and transitioned its focus to apartment syndication investments. This is due to the fact that apartment investments have consistently proven to be one of the most stable investment assets. Selarom will continue to establish itself as an investment firm seeking only strong yielding returns for its investors. Our motto is “We are better together and we are stronger together”. This is why we use syndications model as a tool to achieve the financial goals of its partners and investors. Syndications allow both the savvy investor and the notice an opportunity to become owners in apartment investments.

Selarom Properties sources properties, analyzes them ensure that the property is a viable asset, and perform the asset management once the property has been purchased. We look for properties that have a value add component in stable areas with a history of growth.  The goal of Selarom Properties is to become financially free and assist its investors in becoming financially free to allow us to focus on those things that matter the most. Those things being, added time with family, friends and the ability to venture in passion projects.

The focus will always be centered in service to the investors and to its tenants. Since, the success of the company and complete execution of the business plan does not work without both parties satisfied. For the investors a great return on their investment. For the tenants clean, comfortable, well taken care of apartment units and grounds which they can be proud to call home.

The culture of service continues outside of the investment as the ownership promotes service to its local community. As we want to share hope to underserved community by way of both sharing peace through our faith and practical instruction in the way of education and business. A couple of ways we do this is by volunteering with our local high school to share over 20years of construction management experience and in spending time with the boys and girls at our local juvenile hall.
